In July Chögyal Namkhai Norbu joined the American Dzogchen Community to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Tsegyalgar, and in the occasion he officially inaugurated the new Vajra Hall of the Universal Mandala, built on the land of Khandroling, at Tsegyalgar East (Buckland, Conway, MA)
